        re ZipeeDee...i think they charge by bandwidth usage...last time i 
spoke with Destiny(www.mydestiny.net) people, they're offering around 
P2,800+ for unlimited access --not including the setup fee, TA rental 
fee(you can buy the unit though)..not for the common tao like me.

        there's this other company -- NOW communications or something --- 
somehow affiliated(or owned) by Home cable...url is www.now.com.ph i 
think...no idea about the rates, and their scope seems limited...they do 
have a map on their website though...i wasn't in their current area of 
operations so i didn't bother with the rates.
