I turned over the completed papers to the Linux Philippines CEO, Mr. David
Allen. I don't know what happened after that. It was all ready. I attempted to
follow up several times. I got all sorts of reasons for the delay. In the end,
I think nothing happened. I didn't handle any of the funds though. Linux
Philippines was supposed to contribute P20K. I think budgetary constraints (the
company DID fold up) prevented the contribution from pushing through.
