for us educational institution we want to make 
students lab time a litte worth while not just by donwloading some mp3 or
chatting which i think they can do it at home or after class. Allocation
of scarce bandwidth is the main reason.
if its possible then i would, im not againts napstering or mirc all i want
is for them to make use of their lab time for related educ.
