hey ian!

my boss wants to see the product first before they buy. it seems like they
are hesitant because of the price. it is somewhat cheap than other known
brands. yes, it's weird. but they think of the quality and all. accroding to
her, she would rather buy something expensive if it means reliability with
backed-up support than something cheap that would break down easily.

do you have a pix of it? are the cables including in the package?
