The whole day today, I have downloaded NetSaint (www.netsaint.org) as well
as the required plugins.

I have also been able to install and cofigure NetSaint. The problem is
this:

When I was about to install the plugins (yes, they are required), using
rpm -Uvh I get this error message:

only packages with major numbers <= 3 are supported by this version of RPM
error: netsaint-plugins-1.2.9-4.i386.rpm cannot be installed

When I try downloading rpm from redhat and installing it, i get this error
message:

error: failed dependencies
            libdb-3.1.so is needed by rpm-4.0.2-5x
            patch < 2.5 conflicts with rpm-4.0.2-5x

help???
