Hmm, i've done some reading on that a while back, and it seems the
serial-USB support for linux does not include support for hardware flow
control..   That's going to be a problem, i think..

Might i suggest just getting a USB modem na lang (3Coms and Supras) are
reported to work, so you can free up one serial port.

It's a little more expensive, but at least there are more locally
available supported USB modems, then USB-serial adaptors.
