Isn't PuTTY pretty good? Or at least good enough? The latest stable
version, v0.51, properly supports SSH2, and the PuTTY "suite" has, among
others, an scp client. PuTTY supports telnet as well as SSH, and has a
very small footprint (both filesize wise, and memory wise).
