address this issue this is why your secondary zone is
expiring ( zone transfers are not succesful making
your secondary data old/obsolete )

Expiring data means the secondary stops giving out
answers about the data because the data are too old to
be useful.
i.e. it's better to stop giving data than having old
stale unreliable ones

try
a. look at the permission thing.
a.1 try changing your expiration time to a larger
value ( in case the secondary is having a hard time
reaching your master server ) which in your case it
matters not i just like to add this up
b. (recommended) dump BIND (THE Buggy Internet Name
Daemon) and get djbdns at http://cr.yp.to/djbdns.html
c. DUMP BIND ( stubborn me :) lol ) I'm not joking try
to look at http://cr.yp.to/djbdns.html the mailing
list is (as of recently) talks about security when
BIND is a complete security disaster

read ( reading is always a good thing )
