I just added this to /etc/lilo.conf:
append = "mem=128M ide2=0xd400,0xd802,11 ide3=0xc000,0xc402,11"
linear
disk=/dev/hde bios=0x80 # fools lilo into thinking this is the
# first hard disk.
Then I edited fstab and the rest is just algebra. ;->
