Have you created additional /dev/ttyCn ? Usually the Cyclades installer does
this for you. I think there's a documentation in the package regarding this.

Subject: [plug] Cyclades - Z

hello,
need some help on cyclades-z running under redhat
6.0. i just install cyclades-z serial expander. i'm
having problems on port 16 and above it can't detect
the ports ttyC16 to ttyC31. i get an error:

cannot get terminal line dev=ttyC16 to dev=ttyC31
Id "d16" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes

did anyone here on plug-lists encountered this
error?
