hi all,
qlinux is willing to organize and sponsor a 'soft' event in celebration of
linux' 10th anniv. ideally, with some speakers, demo's, and some food too.
it's going to be FREE for everyone !!!
to be held on saturday, aug. 25, a half-day event,
but those who wish to continue it at another venue may do so.
venue TBA, depends on how many are coming.
so now we need:

1. to know how many are coming.
2. a relatively inexpensive venue.
3. suggestions for topics for speakers
4. volunteer speakers for the topics
if you can and want to satisfy any of the needs mentioned above,
please raise your hand and be counted!
btw, if any of you belong to a benevolent company, you may want your
company to volunteer for something, like food, drinks, cd's, palm pilots?
