It's more like a statement. Like the Geekcode.
I had a set of PGP/GPG and Geekcode sigs a long while back.
Never got to the point of posting my GC because, with the exception of
the people on this list and a couple of techie relatives, no one seemed
to know what to do with it.
I once had a friend, (an admin at too at that), write me that I had some
"file garbage" at the end of my emails. Made me wonder, he didn't
complain about yahoo garbage but he did complain about mine. Go figure.
