Heh. The article concludes that ext3 is not stable yet, but
I've been using ext3 for almost a year now with an *old*
ext3 patch to the kernel on a high traffic (2Gb of squid 
log file size in less than 2 weeks!) squid server.

looking at the conclusions, for small files... ext3 is 
perfect for squid then.
