OpenSSH, i mean. sorry  :(

No gripes, groans, nor rumbles.  Only kudos.  Although I had a rather hard
time dowloading a 1.8MB package (simply because my broadband connections
<both of 'em> was swamped at the time), I installed it in a breeze,
configured passwd, run the ssh daemon (sshd.exe), then run

            ssh -l <user> <ip address>

from the Win2K <DOS window> box, and the darn thing is still running after
leaving it overnight.  Galleeeeennnggggg!!!  Of course, I still haven't
really explored it yet, but I'm sure, it will be no different in using it
from a Linux box.
