If freeware:
Terra Term pro with ssh extensions.
If payware:
SecureCRT is good. I use it, and IMHO,
it's worth it. I *HATE* Blinking cursors.
It's one of of the few terminal emulators
that provides an option of a non-blinking
cursor. It supports ssh2 protocol too which
others terminal emulator don't support.
