Dude, like I mentioned before, it was named as php.ini-dist. I just renamed
it to php.ini. And yes, that file is being read. I still don't know why
when I try to upload to the longblob variable, it finishes so quickly.
But actually, no file was saved.

I'll try editing apache naman.
