[plug] CS server

Guys,

What files do i need in order to run Counter-Strike server for linux ?

I downloaded cs_11b_ful.tar.gz file (75.mb) but when i untar it, there's
no INSTALL/anyhowto files.

Do i need Half-life file too ?
