hi everyone,
now that we're here talking about migrating databases, i
venture to ask: has anyone tried MySQL+InnoDB or
MySQL+BerkeleyDB? do they still have the scary data
corruption issues orly mentioned way back? or, how has
PostgreSQL scalability improved now that they're on 7.1.2?
the 8k row limit is gone... i'm asking this because our
internal testing with these dbs are pretty good anyway but
of course they don't stress the servers at all, so i have
no idea as to how they perform under the toughest
conditions...
