You need to convert all users that can accept mail to use Maildir. Assuming
you installed using default dirs, you can read /var/qmail/doc/INSTALL.maildir
to learn how to do it. Lots of scripts to do this automatically are in
www.qmail.org.
If u said you already configured for maildir delivery then the user maildir
directories are the only thing missing. Can you please post contents of your
/var/qmail/rc so that we can also check if you are indeed using maildir
delivery?
