TIA I think you  didn't able to create the "Maildir" directory of the user account that you are using . Try this on the server side: Check for the "defaultdelivery" file content. This is located on the "/var/qmail/control" directory. It should have a "./Maildir/" content on it. Next, make a directory on the user directory. For instance, on the console type the command, $/var/qmail/bin/maildirmake  /user-home-directory/Maildir. Then try again your testing using Outlook Express.
