Try RHIDE. It emulates the look and feel of the Turbo C IDE quite closely,
runs on both Linux and MSDOG (with DJGPP) and has both an internal
debugger and hooks for GDB. The Linux version is (a bit) sluggish though,
what with the overhead of Slang/Curses.

Which reminds me. whatever happened to JED. Was my favorite editor once
upon a time..
