1. You have to modify named.conf to let the nameserver know that it will
be authoritative for mycompany.com.ph.  Details for that in DNS-HOWTO

2. choose a good secondary DNS server, i often use
http://www.secondary.com for this purpose.

3. You have to notify dotPH for either (1) registration of
mycompany.com.ph or (2) modification of the dns delegation of
mycompany.com.ph if the domain has already been registered.  In either
case, you must make sure the NS records for mycompany.com.ph point to the
IP address of your name server.   http://www.domains.ph
