if you just want them to get their mails anywhere in the world there are
several options
webmail as suggested by eric if they insist on using their pop3/imap
clients like ms outlook/express you could do a pop before smtp(smtp after
pop), or smtp authentication or if you are using the latest patch qmail +
ldap patch you could do relaying using the from address ( which is very
dangerous )
