Dear all:
If I am not mistaken, the Development Academy of the Philippines thinks along the same
line that PLUGers do. When I did an interview for an article, Mr. Rasul said that
their government corporation-cum-think tank will issue a recommendation that the
Philippine government use LINUX and other Open Source software in their offices to
save on costs and speed up the emergence of e-government here.
Perhaps, PLUG and DAP should now work together.Though I am a mere lay person (but a
technology journalist as well), I wish PLUG the best of luck.
