Inter.Net will soon have a stratum one (a GPS clock), which we will
allow local ISP's to use, and several stratum 2 servers which we will
allow anyone in the Philippines to sync from. (What's the status on
this Boss Migs?)

In the meantime, while we are still attempting to figure out where to
put the GPS clock where it can see the sky (having too many tall
buildings in the vicinity of our makati offices doesn't help), we use
clock.isc.org, as its latency with respect to our networks is the
lowest (actually the singnet NTP server has lower latency, but they
never got back to me on allowing access). YMMV though, depending on
who your upstream is, so try the servers listed here and test their
latency with respect to your network:

Try the Stratum 2 servers first.
