I can't speak for mozcom, but for scalability it would be best to use your
ISP's server. If they don't have one, then as a paying customer then you
should be able to dictate :)
About the inter.net GPS-based server, it's currently being calibrated.
The stratum 1 server connected to the GPS will be open only to other ISP's,
while the stratum 2 may be used by end-users. We'll be coming up with
the policy on this, and, we'll work on external networks after we fix up
the internal network and our own customers.
