hi guys!

for the past 4 days, i am constantly getting these warning messages from the
/var/log/warn file and tuloy-tuloy ang messages na ito until i restart my
network:

Oct 5 12:52:32 miller kernel: eth0: Tx Ring full, refusing to send buffer
Oct 5 12:52:48 miller kernel: eth0: transmit timed out, tx_status 00
status 00

also, in the /var/log/messages file, these are the error

Oct 5 12:52:34 miller squid[7331]: comm_poll_incoming: NULL write handler
Oct 5 12:52:36 miller squid[7331]: comm_poll_incoming: NULL write handler
Oct 5 12:52:38 miller squid[7331]: comm_poll_incoming: NULL write handler

what can this mean? and what's happening is that i get a "transmit
overflow"... ano kaya ito? and what is a Tx ring?

Miller is a local proxy server. And there is a modem connected.
