Squid is complaining that it can't send out the data it wants to send.
THe ethernet driver is complaining that it can't send out the data it
wants to send.

You need to isolate the problem as it is hardware related.

1. Bad card?  Change the card and try again.
2. Bad wire?  Change the wire to a known good one.
3. Bad switch port?  Maybe try another port on your switch.

What's your NIC?  Maybe it's a poorly designed or produced NIC.  Try
another brand.
