It's nice to train newbies as future trainors with an actual lab work. Newbies will really appreciate it if there is an actual lab work especially if there is a case study or project to be accomplished when the training ends. How about if we conduct a week or two Linux Trainors' Training and every batch of participants will solve a project for government, schools or even for NGO's as a final requirement?
