we can start with existing courseware such as the iphil's, ACENT's and others.
also the available courseware such as those in LDP. i think they have a good
start. i am working on one for systems programming now. i have one for
parallel computing with MPI already. nasa website ko lahat. just check it
out and comments are appreciated.
