I finally finished setting this up, using the Sophos virus scanner running on FreeBSD 4.4 and using Exim. It took about 6 hours total to get everything working, which includes fixing a couple of minor bugs and deciphering the rather poor documentation for setting this up with Exim. After I figured out how it all works, it's pretty easy, just needs two Exim processes. I sent myself a couple of viruses (I get a Sircam every week or so), and it caught them, quarantined them, and sent along a nice message to the intended recipient (with the virus removed), the original sender, and the postmaster. Anyway, thanks for the tip, I hope to offer this as an added service for my customers. Michael -- Michael Darrin Chaney [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.michaelchaney.com/ _ Philippine Linux Users Group.
