well it's because it's a port of Delphi... personally, I have a distaste for Turbo Pascal ever since I've seen it... but it's a Good Thing for Delphi programmers to make the switch to Linux, especially for those commercial programmers who want to avoid paying license fees for Windows boxes out in the field at their customer end. _ Philippine Linux Users Group.
