Nothing to worry about. That's the way "make dep" normally ends. If
there was an error, you would get a message with ERROR in it.

You can continue compiling your kernel with...

make clean ; make bzImage ; make modules ; make modules_install

I also recommend you update your kernel to version 2.4.14.
