Yes there is. Go to http://www.kernel.org and download the Linux 2.4.14 kernel, but before you do so, read http://www.linuxmafia.com/~rick/faq/ for some edification on the way Linux drivers work, as it looks like you're still stuck with the mentality of someone who has lived under the Evil Empire for too long, asking where you can "download" a driver. Short version: almost all of the drivers you'll ever need are already integrated into the Linux kernel. Note that the USB modem driver for Linux only works for those that have ACM (abstract control model) standard controllers. Have a look at http://www.qbik.ch/usb/devices/ and see whether your USB modem is listed as working with Linux. -- Rafael R.
