If you want something stable, might be better to go with SO5.2 (if you don't have it yet). SO 6 Beta has been a bit moody with me. BTW, I'm running RH7.1. Oddly, I find Openoffice more stable. Another download site is mozcom's ftp (ftp://ftp.mozcom.com/pub/linux/staroffice/).
