it would depend on the ff : 1. do you need documentation on how things were installed/configured? 2. what services/applications do you want installed on your boxes? 3. do you want email/phone/on-site support in case you have problems? 4. do you want bundled linux training for your users? 5. do you want your servers/workstations to be maintained for you?
