it would depend on the ff :
1. do you need documentation on how things were installed/configured?
2. what services/applications do you want installed on your boxes?
3. do you want email/phone/on-site support in case you have problems?
4. do you want bundled linux training for your users?
5. do you want your servers/workstations to be maintained for you?
(i.e. apply updates and bugfixes when needed)

anyway, the figures you gave seems just about reasonable for linux companies. 
you can get cheaper service from free-lancers *cough* *cough*  j/k
