Please let me know, who else should be added to this list. >From the perspective of IT_INTL, our interests are: 1. From the point of view of international outsourcing, that there is a robust and thriving community of Open Source and LINUX expertise, products and services in the country. 2. That there is a balance between Open Source/LINUX with those of other platforms, namely: Mainframe, AS/400, UNIX, MS, Apple and others. 3. That we collaborate with other organizations and institutions. 4. That we remain to vendor independent. 5. That we remain non-political, non-regional, etc. 6. That the requirements and guidelines of the Performance and Technical Standards Committee are adhered to, in terms of integrity and total quality management. To this end, rules of engagement need to be defined and brutally enforced in the following areas: conflicts of interest, public/reasonable disclosure, delicadeza, business/professional ethics, handling of confidential information, etc. 7. From a command and control perspective, while we encourage diversity (as opposed to anarchy), initiative and aggressiveness, that at the end of the day or when a decision is made, we speak with one voice.
