this can be easily resolved if we (plug) will work together will all the 
linux training centers in the country.  maybe we can rotate the venue among 
them, or maybe even have it web-based, so that those in remote places won't 
need to go to an affiliated linux training center to take the exams.

imho, while i agree that we need a formal office for this (and for other 
future projects), we don't need a lot of workstations for the ph-linux 
certification program if we work with linux training centers since they 
already have those.
