Moving this to PLUG-Misc, too. On Tue, 4 Dec 2001 at 18:26, Sacha Chua wrote: > For example, take Hungarian notation. <laugh> You'll find many people > for it and against it.
I couldn't figure out what the Hungarian notation was, so I decided to $ dict "hungarian notation" and interestingly only got one definition. A long one, from FOLDOC. And if the definition of the Hungarian notation in FOLDOC is complete enough (ie: I'm not inclined to read Simonyi's original monograph), I don't think I need to get into the Hungarian notation in my programming. ;> But as with the rest of life, it's interesting to find out about all these new things. I should be hearing about this from peers in UP Manila, but obviously PLUG's waaaaaay ahead of them ... err ... us (including myself). ;> --> Jijo -- Federico Sevilla III :: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Network Administrator :: The Leather Collection, Inc.
