There's no VoiceStream service here on the west coast and it looks
like a better deal to me. I use Cingular and it costs monthly: 100
msgs/$2.99, 250/$5.99, 500/$9.99

I checked my bill, same as VoiceStream, there's no distinction
between local and international(Philippines) outgoing or incoming
messages.

I use a Palm and phone combo (505+T39) to send messages(SMS) and it's
much easier for me to compose messages.
