This is an ancient thread, but I was going through my mboxes and just
read it now.

Actually, CS can do anything they darn well please. ;) I find myself
doing a lot of web stuff, although I'd like to move out of it one of
these days. Databases look really interesting - I still don't know how
they manage those huge indices...

I like RAD. <impish grin> The faster I get apps out of my way, the more
time I can spend hacking on something that I want to do. But sometimes
RADs tend to make it so easy to develop stuff that I can't do the
advanced things I want to do, and I don't really know all the magic that
goes on behind the scenes... <laugh>
