Horatio Bogbindero is William Yu. And he's not exactly hiding behind this pseudonym, as he explained way back when he (to everybody's surprise) started using this new name on the lists. I think this was just immediately after Linux99, where the Beowulf exhibit he lead was a major hit. He did a search on the Internet for his name and found it everywhere thanks to the public web-based archives of various mailing lists he's part of. So he decided to use a pseudonym.
