regarding the GA, I suggest that we have it sometime when we have definite and concrete plans of what to talk about in the GA. As far as I know, PLUG always has a GA every two years to elect/re-elect officers....I don't know if I am mistaken or what. Then, I think this time we need to discuss serious matters na lang muna....finish off all the organizational issues and what not. BUT we have to have a concrete agenda first.....we might even need to do KSA (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude) assessment! That is if we want the org to be a reality and then we might also need to review our by-laws if there are any.....then look at our mission/vission if it still applies to us....etc. etc....then, it should be announced months before so that people from far away places who might want to join can ask permission from their bosses ahead of time....we are "Philippine" naman di ba? so dapat national in scope? then our membership issues.....projects....who are the project leaders....who are the members....what are suppose to do concretely for the org or whatever...etc. etc.....I can go on and on pero bottom line is....If we want a real GA, we gotta be organized and prepared...with tons of topics/issues to talk about para di sayang ang punta ng mga ibang tao. If we are really serious, I don't think this type of things could just be done in a few hours...many hours talaga to...Those who want the org to start growing must be able to devote time and effort into it.....we need to be practical and realistic with the goals and set deadlines for ourselves (assuming org nga talaga tayo....)...actually, iniisip ko na kung talagang seryoso lahat....these may take days....planning takes time and we need to look into the future and stick to our plans....btw, may financial issues pa pala.....siyempre kung may projects....dapat may pera.....any suggestions/comments? jess emerson uy _________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
