During the time that I've been with the PLUG mailing list (since '96 or '97) there have been calls to make the PLUG Org a reality - but somehow - it always doesn't push through. But then again, it might be because people in PLUG have day jobs. Funny you should mentioned that :) I attended only one PLUG meeting (informal one). There were people from the provinces who attended that meeting.
