good morning. help ulit :)
i'm running a presentation in star impress (and yes it's big... abt 6.5MB) and (obviously) it's hugging my PC's memory (128). At the same time, I have to run a background sound for that. is it possible to insert sound playing throughout the presentation? i read the help file and it only support sound effects. so i'm running the looping presentation (StarOffice v6 beta) and the mp3 (using Xine) individually. the problem is after a while it informs me that i've used up so much memory and the presentation closes. is there a way i could loop this presentation without the memory error? btw, i've tried the "ulimit" command. is there a software (open/free) that does what Flash does(or at least the basics)? thanks.
