ok if thats the case then and taken for granted about *paper debugging*..
there are two debuggings here:

1. paper debugging and
2. computer debugging

i think what paper debugging really means for doc mana is in phase 1 and
phase 2 which are analysis phase and design phase but unfortunately, dont
forget what is computer debugging too which is in phase 3 or development
phase... therefore if you perfected phase 1 and phase 2 (example by properly
created a flowchart) but still you have to deal with computer debugging
which is totally different in paper debugging.... perhaps the manned
american space missions exploded in mid-air perpected their phase 1 and 2 or
paper debugging but unfortunately got a bug in phase 3 or development phase
due to segmented fault which causes of their tragedy?
