You may want to check out <http://www.amavis.org/>. You will need a
file-sweeping anti-virus program like Sophos Sweep or McAfee's uvscan,
though. Or you can go with RAV Antivirus or with Kaspersky which AFAIK do
direct interfacing with the MTAs (I hope they work with Sendmail, I'm
quite positive they work with Postfix and qmail).
