Hi Ina,

Like what they said, amavis, it's quite nice. Ingat lang sa malalaking file.
I've set up one at dailyherald.com but amavis/and the os can't handle the
load. The o.s. has 384mb of RAMS. They were actually receiving
45mb attachments. I told them na, instead of sending those big files through
mail, why don't we set up an ftp/ssh server. Mahirap daw, kasi, hindi techie
yung senders. They didn't give me any chance to demo how the client software
works.

Anyways, I've removed amavis. :-( And instead, I came up with a black
and white document stating about E-mail Policy. He liked it.
Part of the b/w doc tells that all microsoft executables
(dll, exe, com ......) will be blocked.

Since they're running exchange internally, and Postfix in the gateway, I told
them to buy a antivirus for exchange which will take care of .compressed files.

If you're only receiving 5mb attachments, no need for worries.

Hope this helps...

Neil
