I have a strange problem with my prepaid dial-up connection. I can connect to my dial-up and can ping the IP address successfully but I can't browse/connect to the net and with IRC. It started last Thursday night and up to the present. The last time that I was able to connect to the net was last Tuesday night with the same username and password that I'm using right now.
