hrmm.. 1. netstat -rn or route print (win98) check ur default gateway 2. ping ur gateway 3. ping 216.115.102.77 (www.yahoo.com's ip) or other IPs 4. do nslookup (host, dig etc..), pag ayaw = check dns settings 5. if lahat ok.. might be proxy setting or ur isp's proxy server..
